1. Introduction
Welcome to E.M Luxe Studio, a home-based nails service operated by Eileen Macdonald in the UK. These Terms & Conditions outline what you can expect when booking with us and establish guidelines to protect everyone involved.
By booking with E.M Luxe Studio, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before committing to an appointment.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All appointments are subject to review before confirmation. We aim to confirm each request within a reasonable timeframe, but reserve the right to decline any booking if necessary.
Confirmed appointments are a mutual agreement between you and E.M Luxe Studio. You should only attend once your appointment is explicitly confirmed.
3. Consultation Forms
Some services at E.M Luxe Studio require a consultation form. This helps ensure safety, identify any allergies or conditions, and tailor services to your needs.
If required, please complete the consultation form accurately before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in delays or rescheduling.
4. Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP and payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash and card payments for your convenience.
If you have any questions about fees, please discuss them prior to or during your appointment. An up to date price list will be clearly displayed during your appointment for reference.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
EM Luxe Studio operate a 24-hour notice policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future services. We reserve the right to decline future booking requests from clients who repeatedly miss appointments.
6. Timekeeping
Please attend as close to your appointment time as possible. E.M. Luxe Studio is a small space and doesn't offer a waiting area.
7. Removal/Infill Appointments
Please note - I am unable to remove/infill work not completed by E.M. Luxe Studio. This is for various reasons, including the health and safety of clients nails. If you are visiting E.M. Luxe Studio for the first time, please arrive to your appointment with bare nails ready for your chosen service.
8. Refund & Aftercare
Refunds for completed services are not offered. Specific individual circumstances may be considered at our professional discretion.
After 24 hours, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or repairs needed to nails. Please follow all aftercare advice, including the use of cuticle oil, to maintain healthy nails and long-lasting results.
9. Post Appointment Damage/Repairs
If a repair appointment is requested 24hrs from the initial appointment, a small charge will be applicable to cover time/products. This applies to all available services unless EM Luxe Studio determines otherwise.
If a repair appointment is required less than 24hrs from the initial appointment, EM Luxe Studio can advise if a charge will be applied depending on the type of repair needed.
Please ensure aftercare advice is followed for long lasting, healthy nails.
10. Data Protection
Your personal data is collected solely for booking and consultation purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Liability & Final Notes
E.M Luxe Studio strives to provide high-quality services, but we shall not be liable for events outside our control, such as unexpected personal circumstances or emergencies.
